Mr. C. G. Kulkarni is the Founder and Managing Director of Bell Energy. He has overall 35 years of experience in senior capacity in energy sector and understands the challenges faced by them. He has been associated with large international organizations such as UK Atomic Energy Authority, Framatome(now AREVA, well known for nuclear & power plant simulators), DNV, TNO and Honeywell.

Mr. Ayub Kara

Principal Partner


Mr. Ayub Kara is a Principal Partner with Bell Energy UK Limited and looks after the Process Conceptualization and Design Consultancy division. He has overall 27 years experience in process,engineering and project management encompassing varied design engineering and operations-technical support roles serving upstream / downstream oil and gas projects including gas gathering,field development planning, pipeline, storage and major onshore and offshore oil & gas processing facilities, involving extensive use of application software at Conceptual, FEED and EPC levels in both client (Owner) and Contractor roles. He has worked with large corporations such as ADNOC, GASCO, WorleyParsons, KBR and Aker.

Mr. Munir Mujawar

Principal Consultant


Mr. Munir Mujawar is a Principal Consultant with Bell Energy and heads the Asset Integrity Management and Safety Engineering divisions. He has extensive experience in project management, asset integrity, EPC,FEED for large refineries, petrochemicals and offshore oil & gas complexes. He has worked with renowned energy & engineering companies such as Reliance Industries Limited, Jacobs and Humphries & Glasgow.

Dr. Om Malik

Principal Associate


Om Malik is Principal Associate with Bell Energy. He is an internationally recognized expert with more than 25 years experience in Environmental Health and industrial hygiene.Prior to founding ECOH, he held senior positions with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, where he directed the control of hazardous materials in industries across the province. An expert in air quality sampling,and control of asbestos, mould and infectious materials, he has led development of international health and safety conventions as Chair of an International Labour Organization subcommittee representing over 100 countries. A recipient of the Hugh Nelson award for excellence in industrial hygiene, Om is an engaging and sought-after public speaker. He is an adjunct Professor of Industrial Hygiene at the University of Toronto and is designated a Qualified Person for Risk Assessment (QPRA) by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment.
